Real exercises.
Real problems solved.

Scroll through this small sample below and spot your child's challenge.

Every workout and exercise in GO targets a specific gap, building the physical and athletic foundations gymnasts need to thrive.

Strength Flexibility Stability Range of Motion Coordination Timing Speed Power Body Lines Artistry Confidence Strength Strength Strength Strength

These are the qualities your child’s coach is working to develop. GO gives gymnasts a consistent, structured way to build those foundations at home — so when they walk back through the gym doors, they are stronger, more prepared, and ready to progress faster.

Skills come from the coach. GO builds the athlete who is ready to learn them.

My child: loses bar strength quickly or can’t hold tight shapes through her skills
Kip Mastery
L-Sit with Dumbbells
Builds the hip flexor compression and shoulder stability that bar skills demand — the specific strength pattern that keeps gymnasts tight and powerful through swings, casts and transitions.
Kip MasteryBars Strength, Strength & Conditioning
My child: loses balance the moment she looks away or turns her head
Vestibular
Single Leg Balance
Trains the automatic balance system gymnasts rely on mid-skill — developing the proprioception that keeps them steady on beam even when their eyes can’t anchor them.
VestibularBeam Mastery
My child: arches her back or loses straight body shape through bar skills
Bars Strength, Strength & Conditioning
Reverse Plank with Leg Lifts
Builds the posterior chain and hip flexor strength gymnasts need to maintain a tight, straight body position on bars — targeting the exact muscles that prevent arching through swings and handstands.
Bars Strength, Strength & ConditioningInjury Prevention
My child: goes floppy through vault or loses shape off the springboard
Vault Run and Shapes
Dynamic Handstand Shapes
Builds the shoulder extension, core tension and overhead stability needed for a clean vault post — the body shape drilled here is exactly what's required off the springboard.
Vault Run and ShapesHandstands & Press
My child: can't get toes to bar or is struggling with the kip
The Kip
Pike Slides
Develops the hip flexor compression and bar-swing timing needed for toes-to-bar and the kip — building the pulling strength and hollow body control that makes the skill click.
The KipBars Strength, Strength & Conditioning
My child: lacks artistry and flow in her routines
Posture & Artistry
Body Arch Sequence
Develops the back flexibility, body wave and expressive movement quality that separates technically correct from truly beautiful — artistry and flow built through structured repetition.
Posture & ArtistryFlexibility
My child: can't get both legs up evenly in split jumps
Split Leaps & Jumps
Pool Noodle Split Jump
The pool noodle gives instant feedback — both legs have to fire equally to clear it. Builds the hip flexor strength and leg coordination behind a clean, even split jump.
Split Leaps & JumpsFlexibility
My child: wobbles on single leg work and beam balances
Beam Mastery
Aeroplane Balance with Rotation
Builds the rotational stability and single-leg proprioception gymnasts need for every beam balance — the progressive challenge that makes wobbling on one leg a thing of the past.

Real parents. Real challenges.

The struggles that inspired us to build Gymnastics Online.

"I watch my daughter train four times a week and I still don't understand the levels system or what she's working towards."

Parent of Level 4 gymnast

"She's always exhausted but I have no idea if she's eating the right things. Nobody at the club talks about nutrition."

Parent of a Level 8 gymnast

"I want to help at home but I'm never sure if what I'm doing is actually useful or just getting in the way."

Parent of Level 4 gymnast

"The mental side worries me more than anything. She puts so much pressure on herself and I don't know how to help."

Parent of Level 7 gymnast

“Being a gymnastics family is hard. My friends have kids in other sports but it’s not the same — they don’t get it. We haven’t had a proper family holiday in six years!”

Parent of Level 6 gymnast

"I just want to be a good gymnastics parent. But there's no manual for this."
