Gymnastics Online is an education and wellbeing platform created to support women’s artistic gymnastics families.
We provide evidence-based guidance, practical resources, and community connection to help parents confidently support their gymnast’s physical and emotional wellbeing — without replacing club coaching.
Are you affiliated with any specific gymnastics clubs or organisations?
No. Gymnastics Online is an independent platform.
We are not affiliated with any specific club, program, or governing body. This independence allows us to provide balanced, evidence-based information that supports families across many different club environments.
Does Gymnastics Online replace my child’s coach or club training?
Absolutely not.
Gymnastics Online is designed to complement club coaching, not replace it. We do not teach gymnastics skills. Our focus is on education, general conditioning, wellbeing, recovery, and helping families better understand the gymnastics journey.

Why was Gymnastics Online created?
Gymnastics Online was created in response to the real challenges families face in the sport — confusion, pressure, misinformation, and a lack of accessible, trusted guidance.
Our goal is to bring calm, clarity, and evidence-based support into the gymnastics journey so families feel informed, confident, and connected.
What topics will Gymnastics Online cover?
Our content focuses on:

- Injury awareness and recovery support

Is Gymnastics Online suitable for gymnasts of all levels?
Yes.
Our resources are designed to support gymnasts and families across all stages of the sport, from recreational and early competitive levels through to higher-performance pathways. We focus on principles that support healthy, long-term development rather than short-term outcomes.
Who creates the content for Gymnastics Online?
Content is developed collaboratively by a team that includes:

- Allied health and wellbeing professionals
This ensures our guidance is credible, practical, and grounded in lived experience.
When is Gymnastics Online launching?
Gymnastics Online is currently in development and is expected to launch in April 2026.
